Special Security

Special security officers' or guards' special security services are a systemic approach to managing an organization's security needs as per specifications, terms and conditions under the contract. Services deemed necessary or desirable to purchase, are provided by IAS individuals or IAS firms possessing special knowledge or skills.
Special services include:

Rehabilitation counselling services
Are services provided by qualified personnel in individual or group sessions that focus specifically on career development, employment preparation, achieving independence, and integration in the workplace and community of people with disability. The term also includes vocational rehabilitation services provided to people with disabilities by vocational rehabilitation programs.

Counselling services
Are services provided by qualified social workers, psychologists, guidance counsellors, or other qualified personnel.

Residential security services
We can provide private residence and estate security. Security guards, undercover security guards, undercover narcotics investigator, special constable, police security, brand detectives, correctional officers,
 mobile patrols, undercover mobile patrol, alarm response, CCTV monitoring and access control. Security Management Plan
The plan sets out the policies, procedures and measures to ensure adequate safety and security of project workers, visitors, contractors and sub-contractors, as such plans may be amended by the recipient from time to time, with prior written agreement of association. Security and protection of information security requirements the supplier shall comply. Plans describing the technical and organizational measures for delivery of the services as designed, revised and implemented.

Maritime agency services
These activities consisting in representing, within a given geographic area, as an agent of the business interest of one or more shipping lines or shipping companies, for the following purposes:

Water services, water supply services and sanitation services

Corporate Services Provider
A corporate services provider provides  liquidation GP (liquidation general product) under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time. Shall be entitled to charge and receive remuneration in accordance with it's usual charging policies for any legal initiated by and rendered. Shall be at liberty to provide services of a like nature to any other persons it may think fit whether for its own account or that of any other person. 

Beta Services
Copado services or functionality that may be made available to customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

Mortgage Security Schedule
Any schedule of mortgage loans delivered by the Obligors in connection with a Collateral Addition Designation Notice relating to Mortgage Loans in the form of a data tape, CD Rom or other tangible medium identifying for each mortgage loan.

Emergency Medical Services
We provide a integrated medical care delivery system to provide emergency and nonemergency medical care at the scene or during out-of-hospital patient transportation in an ambulance.

Utility Services
Physical plant including but not limited to pipes, valves, conduits, cables, terminals, transformers, etc. owned and operated by communications, television, hydro, gas and oil companies or any other utility companies.

Telehealth services
The mode of delivering health care services and public health via information and communication technologies to facilitate the diagnosis, consultation, treatment, education, care management, and self-management of a patient's health care while the originating site and the provider for telehealth is at a distant site. Telehealth facilitates patient self-management and caregiver support for patients and includes synchronous interactions and asynchronous store and forward transfers.

Emergency services
Emergency medical condition, a medical screening examination that is within the capability of the emergency department of a hospital, including ancillary services routinely available to the emergency department to evaluate such emergency medical condition, and, within the capabilities of the staff and facilities available at the hospital, such further medical examination and treatment as are required to stabilize the patient.

Information Services
Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board's Electronic Municipal Market Access System or such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the district may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

Community Support Services
Are services authorized, planned, and coordinated through resource management services including, at a minimum, assessment, diagnosis, emergency crisis intervention available twenty-four hours, seven days a week, prescreening determinations for persons who are mentally ill being considered for placement in nursing homes as required, screening for patients being considered for admission to residential services, diagnosis, and treatment program, investigation, legal, and other nonresidential services, case management services, psychiatric treatment including medication supervision, counseling, psychotherapy, assuring transfer of relevant patient information between service providers, recovery services, and other services determined by behavioral health organizations.

Company Services
Any services including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services supplied by the company or it's affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

Nursing services
The provision of individual- specific advice, plans, or interventions by a nurse, at a home, based on the nursing process as outlined by the Board of Nursing. Nursing services differ from administrative nursing services.

Cloud Services 
The SAP's (system application and product) then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model. 

Transportation Services 
The activities designed to assist a person to travel from one place to another to obtain services or carry out life's activities.

Monitoring Services 
Monitoring with respect to the company's investments, including negotiating servicing agreements, acting as a liaison between the servicers of the assets and the company, review of servicers' delinquency, Foreclosure and other reports on assets, supervising claims filed under any insurance policies and enforcing the obligation of any servicer to repurchase assets.

Community services
Counseling and advice, emergency assistance, medical care, provision of basic necessities, or services designed to minimize the effects of poverty, furnished primarily to impoverished people.

Rehabilitation services
Face-to-face individual or group services provided by qualified staff to develop skills necessary to perform activities of daily living and successful integration into community life. physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and items to assist in improving or restoring a person's functional level. Medical services provided to a patient to restore or to optimize functional capability. Bowel and bladder training, range of motion exercises, ambulation training, restorative nursing services, respiratory care and breathing programs, reality orientation, reminiscing therapy, remotivation, behavior modification, and reteaching of the activities of daily living.

Legal Services
Services of legal or financial nature and includes any part of such services, and for the avoidance of doubt, includes without limitations. The activities designed to assist the person in exercising constitutional and legislatively enacted rights. services consisting of the provision of legal advice, assistance or representation.



 

Special Security Guards

Are individuals responsible to keep watch over, protecting, shielding, defending, warning, or any duties prescribed by general orders and/or orders. Also referred to as a sentinel, sentry, or lookout. The guard's duties are prescribed by general and/or special orders and future customers' careers.

Patrolling the building perimeter and premises. Noting the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and other individuals. Directing visitors to premises. Monitoring our video surveillance system and reviewing footage if necessary. Secure premises and personnel, inspect the building, equipment, and access points, permit entry, and obtain help by sounding alarms. Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, and restraining trespassers.


 

Special Security Officer

Special Security officers are responsible for the management of sensitive compartmented information programs (SCI) and/or the Special Access program's mission requirements will be coordinated with the SSO by the operating unit identifying the access needs. 

Appointed Special Security Representatives are delegated Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility management responsibilities and coordinate directly with the SSO on a matter related to Sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) administration operations and compliances as appropriate.


Special security officers are experienced across all security disciplines and government agencies with an emphasis on clearance processing and personnel security, communications security, and classification. Information systems security and physical security. Coordinates and monitors highly sensitive aspects of the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, other industrial security programs and related activities, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.

Protect classified government information and monitor security procedures, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical and administrative security systems and procedures.

Maintain security clearance records and processes security clearance documents for personnel requiring access under multiple government contracts and subcontracts.

Conduct security briefing and develops and conduct security education programs for all cleared personnel.

Develops and implements security procedures and coordinates revisions and updates as necessary.

Duties

Processing incoming and outgoing classified documents and materials.
Demonstrate expertise utilizing reciprocity of security clearances.
Process incoming and outgoing classified visits to include passing visits via clearance. repository or other customer-specific procedures.
Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive actions.
Provide facility security support to include alarm checks, program access controls, alarm response and issuing badges.
Conduct annual security self-reviews and follow up on corrective actions.
Personnel Security processing to include pre-screening and tier-one adjudications.
Track community badge expiration dates and ensures all badge renewals submittals are submitted in a timely fashion.
Guide employees and subcontractors regarding matters of program security including classification determination and making guidance.
Provide security indoctrinations, debriefings, and annual refresher training.
Provide onsite security support activities in the areas of Programs, Personnel, Physical, Communications Security (COMSEC) and information Security.
Manage Communication Security (COMSEC) duties and responses.
Physical security management in the areas of access control, intrusion detection system (IDS) monitoring and response.
Provide Training and/or demonstrate familiarization with security-related equipment such as security technologies equipment (STEs), shedders, and the use of intrusion detection and electronic security access systems.
